In some undeveloped regions of Africa and Middle East, people suffer from energy lacking because it is difficult to be collected. The Floating Power is a simple cheap device collecting wind energy, working with hydrogen balloon. A small fan is lifted into sky by the balloon. Wind passes by it is collected and converted into electrical energy, being used in night as light. The advantage of this product is that the traditional big wind turbine is replaced with small ones, which is more flexible and efficient.
