The frame is made of autoclave carbon fiber with a layer of Kevlar fiber to give the frame additional strength to handle the forces from the powerful carbon fiber/aluminum motor. The frame and front fork were designed by Protanium. Both of these, as well as other parts are produced by using the autoclave method. The bicycle components are made of carbon to reduce the weight of the bicycle even further.
