It often happens when opening a medicine bottle there is a cotton ball stuck in, which is terribly hard to get rid of, especially for those whose hands are not available. However, the problem would be easily solved by installing a slight layer of glue under the cap, to which the cotton ball could be attached when packaging. When opening the bottle for the very first time, the cotton would be taken out with the cap by twisting.
