It could be used as first-aid opened the automatic air valve quickly once you are in an emergency such as drowning, tsunami, floods or hail. Otherwise it could be used to keep out sunshine &raining as regular umbrella.
To be more beneficial for the safety at first aid, the pole of umbrella is designed not only would be detachable but also could be pieced back together.
