We tried to put more analog esthetic and wisdom to the often seen sandglass. We used a normal habit of changing its position upside down to change the functions. The product functions as a normal clock when it is laid, but when it stands, it changes into a timer. Moreover, we tried to make people understand that the clock could be used as a timer by its sandglass design. Not like the existing product that is operated by pressing buttons, we focused more on the actual action of turning the sandglass upside down.
