As a designer, I would like to describe my work as a visual "song and rhythm": expressive and imaginative, using typographic to appeal to the senses and the intellect. My work is involved, subjective and personal in origin. It is spontaneous, even conversational, not intended to impress with its erudition or cleverness.
Untitled I ans II are experimental type. Type-based forms and counter forms are the visual elements I explored in these pieces. Rather than letters which are used in the language system fro writing and reading, I see type as forms which has infinite possibilities.
