HANSGROHE DESIGN PRIZE 2015

Concept of puriness consists of minimalist bathroom modules that can be combined in a personalized way to meet individual requirements. The predominant material is a biodegradable polylactic composite. The minimalist design approach is accentuated by cyan-colored parts (symbolizing water) that show when interacting with the different elements. Perforated surfaces provide ventilation for storage spaces while also reducing the weight of the removable parts and breaking up the products’ visual compactness.

Design follows function: this maxim is precisely and consistently implemented down to the smallest detail. Minimalist modular elements, such as mirror cabinet, faucet and sink, are characterized by their multi-functionality. A space-saving and practical solution for small bathrooms that in particular stands out by the practical design of storage spaces and fittings.
