mroszczyk.natalia / Deck chair

Concept of a deck chair is based on social change. Nowadays more and more people live in the cites. Modern society tend to live in small apartments(1-3 rooms). This trend is visible in Poland as well, unfortunately in this country 41,2% of citizens live in overcrowded properties. Lack of space in the apartment is a result of this phenomenon. Majority of new apartments are two or three-room. Furthermore, 90% of newly built dwellings and 65% of all apartments have a balcony or a terrace. The deck chair can be used throughout the year, both outdoors and indoors, as a seat or a clothes organizer.
