Stoff der Veränderung / Book/Guide

Stoff der Veränderung

My master thesis “Cloth of Change – Quitting Nonreflective Consumerism" is all about handling clothes in a considerate way. I tried to work out what discourages people to shape their consumer behaviour to a mindful, self-determined and sustainable consumerism. Besides that, I would like to offer supportive thoughts to interrupt the usual consumerist behavior and provide theoretical answers as well as practical solutions to the question of how to handle clothes in alternative ways. The basis for my thoughts in this work are my experiences and associated findings within my self-experiment of abstention from clothes-consumption.
