Marché International is a division of the Mövenpick Group, with restaurants located at motorway service stations and airports. The new Marché Mövenpick gastronomy concept is aimed at an urban target demographic. Its positioning therefore enhances existing Marché values like healthy, market-fresh food with attributes from the Mövenpick philosophy. The new brand is all about enjoyment and sophistication. The first Marché Mövenpick restaurant opened in Zurich in 2013. The new corporate identity features the Marché Mövenpick logo and typography, with hand-drawn illustrations by the Swedish artist Klas Herbert.
