The Happener's Box

The goal here is to visualize a methodology that acts as a guideline on how to start-up re-appropriation projects to transform derelict spaces – something that local communities can have in-hand as a tool to push them through with a clear tunnel-vision towards success, and at the same time, bridging the gap between them and the authority, while building teamwork and a trusting relationship. With this, I intend to evoke the positive influence of participative and contributory cultures within communities; to rediscover and celebrate identity, ownership and empowerment!

I call it, “The Happener’s Box” – a box that helps you make things happen
