Attach the paper on the wall by using Static electricity.
When the motor spins the belt, the static electricity is made between the belt and the induction machine. And this is transferred to the metal wall and helps to flow the light static electricity to external wall.
It’s possible to move the paper freely on the wall. Just operate with a simple ON/OFF controller. It does not need pin, tape, post-it or any other supplies. It consumes just a little of electricity power even for a long-time use and the required amount is only for the motor.
