Inhwan Hwang

Tail chair is motivated from waves and whale tail above water surface. Aligning with its motif from nature, natural wood and steel was used as material. It is designed for simple structure with keeping the basic function of chair. Therefore, most trial tests had proceeded for optimizing its functionality in new structure. It has advantages such as quick fabrication by bending manufacturing system, saving spaces by stackable and collapsible design, easy assembly by two bolting and customization by changing each part. Future plan is developing various items such as detachable armrest, two-seater chair, etc.
