According to research, the staying time of general people under water is about 1hour and they undergo feeling tired faster and faster in the water than on the ground. This is pointed out one of hindrance problems for the marine culture to be developed as much as ground culture.
'Voronoi island' is a concept architecture design to prolong the limit time of marine cultural people by provision of rest place on the sea.
In addition, as an evacuation station, 'Voronoi island' is mostly constructed at the dangerous areas such as offshore current zone or shark zone in case they encounter emergency situation.
