Would there be any child who likes getting injections? Most children burst into tears from the moment when the nurse brings in the syringe. It is probably because the actions of rubbing the disinfection cotton and hitting the part where the injection will be inserted remind children of painful experiences where they got injections. With hopes to improve this pain point, The part which exposes the injection needle was minimized and the disinfection cotton pad reminds children of puppies’ nose. Furthermore, the action of rubbing the cotton pad enabled for children to experience “a cold and pleasant time” instead of a “cold and unpleasant time.”
