Many poor people in the third world wear old clothes. The old clothes were worn through and ripped. Since these clothes are too dear to the poor to throw out. If so, is it possible to reborn to new one from old clothes? So, i suggest 'Recycle & Reform' that has guide line to reform to bag from old clothes easier and simpler.
Difficult to buy clothes African people, their clothes are always growing, so be compromised. They wear again and again because it would be a waste to throw it away. Then, can't be born again new features to old clothes? That is why Recycle & Reform provide a guideline which can make easily reform T-shirts.
