Everyone has the experience of umbrella being stolen by others, especially on rainy day. U-Locker makes the umbrella-stealing people hard to open the umbrella, which declines the stolen rate. U-Locker combines the combination lock with umbrella, it can only be unlocked when the users rotate to the correct code.
