The project "FlowerSense" focuses on the development of the automated and energy-self-sufficient (solar cell) plant supply system "FlowerNanny" up to series production. By means of a contactless sensor and an associated specifically developed algorithm the technology detects the moisture and mineral content of plants. The automatic watering system regulates the water and mineral supply, so that the care of the plants is extremely simplified for the customer.
