This is a kind of dog leash design. When we walk a dog, the owner and the dog are connected by a string, in the process of pull and drag, the leash will give out subtle light, then both the owner and the dog can enjoy the existence of each other.

However, this string can also result from many problems, for instance, the owner can not clearly see their pet at night, and the people around them may be triped over by this string, resulting in potentially dangers.
