we propose a new lifesaving method that is much safer for both a drowning person and a rescuer and much easier to grab than currently used rescue can.
The new lifesaving method was designed pursuing high mobility. Also when a rescuer approaches a drowning person, the new method can be used as a float which lets the rescuer check the drowning person easier. When the rescuer gets close to the drowning person, this method will provide the safety distance between the two people by transforming its shape, which makes both of them safer. Furthermore, it embeds a CPR aid which makes CPR much more effective after rescuing the drowning person.
