The word ‘Vayu’ is derived from Sanskrit, meaning ‘wind’. The concept is based on a kitchen faucet with an added value using the freely available element i.e ‘air’. The form of the faucet is designed by keeping in mind, the modularity attained by form integration between two elements followed by an added function. The idea was to save water consumption in a smart way by introducing the force of air pressure that not only enhances the cleaning performance but also reduces a great amount of water consumption during washing. The pressurized water and water combo yields great results in cleaning and thus taking one step further to save water.
