Private courier services deliver many packages everyday and often the privacy of the receiver is not sufficiently protected because the courier services rely on their low price policies. Courier pick-up points often leave the parcels lying around and address details can be read by anyone entering the place. QR parcel is a cheap and effective way to add another layer of protection to consumer privacy by storing the address, name and telephone number in a QR code on the parcel. When the parcel is opened the QR code is ripped in half and thus rendered void. To open the parcel simply rip it open at the perforated area.
