It’s common to see that stray animals going around for food and part of them always suffering starvation. Consequently, trashcans become a major source of food for them. In case of animals locking or messing inside, S.A.C.T.B serves a place for them scavenging and standing by, which also solves food waste to some extent. Besides of its feeding function, S.A.C.T.B’s various decorations attract people’s attention towards stray animals.
