mycoach / Exercise aid

mycoach
mycoach

mycoach is an exercise aid which helps the elderly blind to understand and use sporting equipment in existing exercise facilities. It provides guidance in 3 parts: structure of equipment, information for exercise, and type of exercises suited for a user.
Our problem statement is that the elderly blind have difficulties in using existing sporting facilities, which leads to their relatively weak physical strength. Through literature review and user research, we elicited problems or needs they've experienced. Finally, we came up with a solution to the needs, mycoach.
