As to those brought about by trauma they need a cold compress within 24 hours right after the strick, and a hot compress 24 hours later. Being capable of such two functions, the two-layered patch, Warm&Cool Comfort, The inner layer is the use of physical cooling methods. cools down the skin in physical way, while the outer layer warms for the injured area by operating chemical reactions with the oxygen in the air. When finishing the cold compress, the patch can be warmed up immediately by just a strip of a paster and the warmth can last for 12 – 20 hours.
