The cars must slow down when crossing the crossroads. The brake turns car's kinetic energy into heat energy. It's a waste of energy! The design of Power generation deceleration zone takes advantage of electromagnetic induction principle, translates the kinetic energy that dissipated into electricity. Magnets are mounted on the vehicle chassis. The conductor wire were buried in the road. the electricity will be generated when the magnetic field moves with the car. The energy available for street lights, traffic lights, etc. Another advantage of this deceleration zone is that it maintains the smooth pavement.
