The temperature of the food is very important. When the temperature is higher than 60℃,the food is not suitable for people for it will cause scald to esophagus. Although the human body can heal itself, the repetitive damage would cause deterioration to the gastrointestinal mucosal. 50℃or so is appropriate. This product helps people to eat a healthy diet. The bottom of the spoon uses kind of new thermostatic bimetal which will soften the spoon head to droop when the temperature is over 60 ℃, making it impossible to use； When it is under60 degree, it functions properly.
