Prolonged sitting is one of the leading factors of obesity, heart related illnesses, high blood pressure, diabetes and some forms of cancer.
10/60 is a social movement to challenge our society to move more, reminding people to be up and moving 10 minutes for every 60 minutes. It is facilitated by a website and a smartphone application that monitors physical inactivity, both designed to be fun and easy to use.
10/60 aims to inspire people to leverage their communities and integrate more physical movement in the home, work, and societal environments. Change starts with us.
