The devices with buttons on the road are built under the ground in the both sides of the crosswalk, and when cars go by. They will press the buttons to charge the devices automatically. If there's one case, the device will increase the time. Since there are always central dividers on a wide road, if the pedestrian can't walk to the quarter of the crosswalk, it will increase ten seconds to that the pedestrian can get to the central divider to wait for the next green light. If the pedestrian has walk for three quarter of the crosswalk, it will still increase ten seconds to allow him cross the road.
