project 'City of rest' / furniture design

Inspired by the natural beauty of Africa, and a photo taken of “City of Rest”, I was moved to create a piece of furniture drawing upon the beauty of the people, and vivid patterns from nature. I used colorful highlights to artistically capture a different order of existence.

With these aesthetics in mind, I’ve designed a piece of furniture to create a sense of balance and comfort, to fit any modern space.
