VELU / eco traffic guiding-light

We all know the incredibly long guiding-light alleys on the highways. It is extremely effortable to install such traffic diversion alleys, but even more to keep them going. My concept uses the airflow power of the passing cars and trucks wich contains an immense potential of unused energy. This energy is transformed and saved as electrical power into the battery. Economical LED`s create a more visible halo of light. The body is designed as an circular airplane wing. It uses the physical coanda effect to increase the presure inside the the ring. The airflow streams into, and keeps the hubless turbine dynamo spinning by the negative pressure.
