Hypothermia is a difficult problem when the shipwrecked occurred.
Water temperatures that would be quite reasonable as outdoor air temperatures
can lead to hypothermia in survivors,A water temperature of 10 °C (50 °F) can
lead to death in as little as one hour, and water temperatures hovering at
freezing can lead to death in as little as 15 minutes. Heat up is a new lifesaving
equipment. It provides shelter and heating funtion for the victims,and also extend
the time for rescuers.
