The idle industrial chimneys are located in the pretty harbor city Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The refinery is the first brickkiln in Kaohsiung. Two remarkable chimneys in the factory were built in 1913, have existed for 100 years and left unused since 2002.
The 42 meter high chimney, an observatory is designed at the elevation of 35 meters and a restaurant is designed at a lower elevation of 14 meters.
The 32 meter high chimney, there is a transparent elevator through air bridge connecting two chimneys; sloping air bridge is for sightseeing and for the disabled to freely enter the restaurant on 42 meter chimney.
