Using a vertically extension design allows the safety cone to have different
applications. When not in use the safety cone will take on a flat form to save
space when stacking and simultaneously provides easier relocating of a
mass stack. After extension, the empty spaces in the middle of the safety
cone will have less wind resistance, thus will lower the chances of it being
blown over in the case of heavy winds.
