Natural aroma? Nature-identical aroma? Sodium nitrate? Propionic acid? - Sorry? Who can understand this? Supermarkets live on seduction and deception. And we, the consumers, are the objects of the seduction: in order to persuade potential customers to buy, they use any means available. We get very few informationen on the ingredients of products.
The goal of my work is to reveal how we are being lied to and we are being deceived when we are go shopping every day. This is the reason why I would like to explain the individual markings in a very easy and short way.
