An emission-free City Ferry that crosses the river with the power of the current. This ferry needs an upper tout steel cable that is stretching over the river and a second rope on which the ferry is suspended on a roll that can move freely back and forth. The functional novelty of my design is the steering mechanism. The point of attachment of the cable to the ferry can be pulled from one side to the other of the ferry from the Cabin of the Ferryman. This mechanism is crucial to turn the ferry in the current. As soon as she stands in a tilted position in the river she is pushed toward the other riverbank by the force of the current.
