Simple poles in developing cities with poor community facilities is subjected to break by rough natural elements including lightening and typhoon. Wires suspending in the air would endanger the security of pedestrians, especially children. Wire tape which is installed on both ends of a pole is a kind of tape measure to contain wires. Wipe tape would take in the broken wire by itself into its body, thus making sure that broken wire isn’t within the reach of pedestrians.
