This is why solar panels integrated with an LED ground light marking system, (self-absorption of emitted light can be converted into electrical energy), and therefore on the traffic marking that consists of a special coated light absorbent paint could light the path of the person walking down these dangerous roads during these early foggy mornings giving easy visibility to passing vehicles. Another option would be the use of infrared sensors to detect human body temperature that could also shine.
