right light / recycled cardboard lamp

Over 85 percent of all products sold in the United States are packed in cardboard. Billions of tons of cardboard are thrown into landfill all over the world instead of making a better use of them.

The "Right Light" lamp is made out of a simple piece of recycled cardboard. The lamp's instructions print on the cardboard itself, which is then folded by the user to become a lamp.

The "Right Light" lamp is modular, having three optional positions that can be fixed. The lamp consists of a LED light, satisfying the need to use electricity efficiently without overheating the cardboard.
To hold it in place, any book could be used as a base weight.
