When eating salad, water usually accumulates in the bottom of the plate. This would make the vegetable rotten, and less delicious. Moreover, it would take on a bad-looking and make us loss our appetite.
The concentric-circle ditches in the bottom symbolite ripples. The excess of water would flow into the ditches to seperate vegetable from water. The excess of dressing would also flow into the ditches, so we do not need to afraid of the accumulation of dressing in the bottom of the plate. This design let you enjoy a plate of salad fresh and delicious from the top to the bottom.
