When you get warm and comfortable by wearing down jackets or cashmere sweaters in the cold winter, the poor children can only miserably wear shabby clothes to against the coldness in winter. The “Air-warming waistcoat” is based on the greenhouse effect of carbon dioxide. Just blow it simply; those poor children can get warm in the cold winter. It is not only warm but also convenient.
