Parkinson’s Dining Aid
Parkinson’s Dining Aid

People suffering from Parkinson’s Disease have a great problem in controlling their shaking extremities, especially having a meal. This innovation includes a tray, a base, and a hand support frame. The tray helps the patients eat their food by directing it through tracks into the spoon-formed food outlet. The base heightens the tray to shorten the distances between the food and the users’ mouths. Besides, the hand support frame assists the patients’ hands to get food more steadily and to reduce the tiredness of their forearms. There are different heights of users, so the position lock is made to ensure their most comfortable way in dining.
