when the milk is hot in the milk bottle, it is easy to hurt a baby. Theoretically speaking, the gas expands or shrink down in response to temperature increase or decrease, respectively. So a temperature sensor is included in a gravitional bulb located in the end of milk pipe. If the temperature reaches over 40 celcius degree, the sensor expands quickly to block the pipe. Otherwise the milk can go through the pipe, indicating that the liquid is warm and would not hurt the baby.
