By model and ergonomics tests and with technical support, I was able to develop a novel fat baking pan that enables ergonomics and quick operation and generates an optimized baking process. The dough pieces are moved in a circle through the pan and a continuous baking process can be achieved. The show baking stand is set up circular. The seller may begin with the dough, then place the dough in the cooking space, bake the pieces in the hot fat, fill each with jam, roll each in sugar and place the pieces into the showcase. The customer has the opportunity to look at the entire production process and to buy the hot product after watching.
