Imagine a person is using the toilet, then cleaning or maintenance personnel need to come in, but they did not know whether anyone inside, they only asked out loud, to determine whether you can now enter. Obviously people do not want a dialogue with people outside the toilet when urinating, but out of courtesy or to avoid embarrassment we have to respond to these inquiries. My design is for this situation. It helps to clean and maintenance personnel clearly know whether someone is using the bathroom, which avoids a lot of embarrassment. It is also very easy to implement, simply combine with toilet infrared sensors.
