Exercise might cause tension, and soreness in leg muscles. This design turns the energy of exercising into the power sources of tension release.

Currently, there are hand-cranked flashlights available on market.Based on the concept of generating and storing energy through walking, this research takes it to another level by using this energy to release heat that can reduce the soreness of muscles.

Place the coil and the magnets inside a knee pad as a small electricity generator. The storage device can store the induction-generated energy during walking, and release heat energy to comfort aches and relieve fatigue after exercise.
