A fish contaminated by radioactivity is place on a red plate to represent the food that people are going to eat. Cracks in the table top represent the occurrence of seismic disasters while the red plate and table top imply the national flag of Japan. A big tsunami caused by an earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0 on the Richter scale hit Fukushima, Japan in March 11th, 2011 and led to a severe disaster of No. 1 nuclear power plant. It has been more than two years since the Fukushima nuclear disaster. Radiation leaks still contaminate the surrounding environment, and greatly impact the marine ecology and human diet.
