conStove / Smart Kitchen


According to the Energy Star, commercial food sector uses $10 billion dollars worth of energy. Up to 80% of that energy is wasted through excess heat by inefficient kitchen appliances.
conStove is a new concept focused on conservation of wasted heat at frying station. Wasted heat can be utilized again for fries/food warming, kitchen sink/dish-washing or room heating in cold countries, reducing the load on individual energy sources.
Conservation of heat energy will save significant amount of money over the long run and help to reduce the carbon footprint of commercial food sector.
