One of the problems that usually occur in coach stations is the delay in departure time; due to drivers in order to pick up more passengers, whilst results in wasting the time of passengers who managed to travel at the designated time. The problem over time has become an unpleasant experience and usually leads to a conflict between passengers and driver.
OTM aimed to manage the departure time. Passengers receive their ticket by themselves using the OTM –payment. If the coach does not leave at the designated time, relative to the delay time a specified amount of money transferred back to the passengers.
