Waldkirch, Germany has an organ-building tradition that reaches back more than 200 years and continues to serve as one of the industry's major centers. identis has come up with a new visual identity for the city that meets the requirements of today's world. In the new design, Waldkirch's existing brand image ceases to be a visual device that merely accents the city's name, but re-emerges as its central brand element. The resulting logo concept uses a coding system describe a sense of excellence transcending generations as well as the city's many cultural offerings and sites.
